Contest Rules

This year, all British Columbians are celebrating the challenges, achievements, cultural diversity, community growth, and historical events that has brought us together in the past 150 years. In honour of this incredible milestone, WeLoveBC.ca is sponsoring a "Celebrate BC150 Photo Contest" to give you the opportunity to go out and explore this charming province, while capturing its stunning beauty in pictures. What better way to spend a relaxing summer day than that?

From now until October 7, 2008, you can enter your photographs into the "Celebrate BC150 Photo Contest" for your chance to win great prizes. Entering the contest is simple and you can do it in 3 easy steps:

1. Select one photograph from the images you have uploaded onto our website. You will find the contest entry function in your photo manager admin area. (One entry per user please.)
2. You can change your contest entry selection all the way up until the contest deadline on October 7, 2008. The contest entry function will be locked on October 7, 2008.
3. All contest entries will be displayed on our website for visitors to vote for their most favorite one.

Public voting will run from October 7 to October 21, 2008 (2-weeks). After that, the contest will be closed for 1-day for WeLoveBC.ca staff voting.

Results will be announced on our website on October 24, 2008 and all winners will be contacted via email.
